Policy
All the items from my shop are handmade. Some items are currently in stock, and others are made to order. If an item is currently in stock it will be mailed within two days. Otherwise please follow the time frame listed in each item description.
CARE
Silver and brass jewelry will darken over time and develop a patina. Periodic cleaning with a jewelry polishing cloth will keep silver jewelry white. Never use harsh chemicals to clean your jewelry such as toothpaste or jewelry cleaning solution. A soft bristled toothbrush and warm water can help remove light residue from your jewelry.
Oxidized jewelry can become brighter with regular wear and over time will developed a silver antiqued finish. Every piece of oxidized jewelry has been sealed with a protective wax to ensure a lasting finish.
Always avoid wearing jewelry while swimming, showering and sleeping.
Shipping & Delivery
- Several items are made to order so please follow the production time listed for each individual item. For made to order items, you will be contacted with information regarding a ship date for your specific piece. If your order is time sensitive please email me directly with your order number.
- All shipping fees are not returnable under any circumstance.
- All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and/or tracking #.
- Once an order ships from tenglab.com, tracking is expressly the customer’s responsibility. We are no longer responsible for the status of the package. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time.
- All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. We will contact you in the case there is a shipping delay.
- For Domestic Express orders, please note that USPS requires 1 processing day.
- To calculate the shipping cost, please add the product to the shopping cart and choose your exact location and shipping method.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: The customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may apply based on the country's laws and regulations.
Returns & Replacements

A refund will not be issued if the wrong size is ordered. If you need a ring resized, or a chain shortened please contact me for information
- We only offer refunds if a piece had a makers defect (meaning the damage didn't come from regular wear).
- You have 30 calendar days to return and exchange an item from the date you received it.
- All returns are subject to evaluation by tenglab. A restocking fee may be charged based on the condition of the item(s).
- All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs and credit card fees, within 3 business days from the date of return.
- Merchandise must be in its original un-used condition for a refund or exchange. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Orders cannot be refunded if you change your mind, so please, if you have any concerns or questions feel free to contact us
- We will not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. You must file a claim with the carrier.
- Please email info@tenglab.com to ensure the product is returnable prior to sending it to us. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. Returns must be received within 14 business days of receiving a return authorization.
Lifetime Guarantee
- tenglab products have a lifetime warranty.
- This warranty covers defect in materials or workmanship and will be repaired at tenglab's discretion.
- Damages not covered are those resulting from improper use/care, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damages.
- Please email info@tenglab.com with pictures to determine if your product qualifies under warranty.
